Cancellations must be made 2 days prior to the appointment time, in order to be refunded your full deposit.
Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment without a 2 day notice, will result in loss of your deposit for the inconvenience.
You have a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment to let us know if you will be running late, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.
Arrival
Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow ample time to check in with the receptionist, meet your stylist, and ask any questions you may have.
Prep
To ensure a swift and smooth process, we ask that you come with you hair shampooed and blown out dry.
CHILDREN & ACCOMPANYING GUESTS
Children

SAFETY
This is a salon atmosphere.
It can be LOUD
- excessively loud at times
- multiple conversation at once
- music is played
- salon tools and equipment generate noise while being used
It can be DANGEROUS
- we use professional chemicals,
- SHARP tools: scissors, razors, blades, pointy combs
- HOT tools: curling rods, flat irons at temperatures above 250 degrees.
Not exactly the ideal atmosphere for children.
Bring your children at your own risk. DO NOT leave them unattended unless being styled.
We will not be held responsible for the safety of your children.

We prefer tipping in cash, but for your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired.
Our team greatly appreciates your generosity.
